My love, compassion, and empathy for stakeholders comes from my array of experiences. I've seen the challenges direct care workers have had from not being trained. I've seen trainers flustered when the system has a defect during a training course. I've seen developers frustrated with functional designs not accounting for existing system limitations. And I've worked with business owners disappointed in MVPs that do not meet basic requirements.
